Download problem!!

Hey there!!
I recently bumped into a circle of talented gamers that took me in and gave me quite a bit of advice and knowledge. They suggested that I download Discord app onto my desk top for easier communication while gaming. I had it downloaded but then when I exited the app I couldn't reopen it. I figured that if I uninstalled it and reinstalled it, it might fix the bug. Unfortunately it wouldn't even reinstall. I'll attach the message that I get and hope to the best that I get a response!
