Howcome you ignore banned users who tries to get their subscription cancelled for Nitro? I send you 6 mails now telling you to cancel it. Guess i have to report this to your used payment gateway to actually get my payment agreement cancelled because you keep charging me even that you banned me, and just keeps ignoring me with some autoreply for all 6 mails i send you. This cant be right..
Hope discord is a legit platform and not like this. Right now you charge me for money im not accepting, at all and you give no chance to cancel it.
