Embedding for Jump Links

Jump links are nice to have so people can immediately reference what you're talking about. However, on iOS you can't actually jump to the message. To fix this, and to improve the experience for desktop users; it would be nice if these links embedded in chat with a preview of the message. Several bots already do this so I'm assuming it's not too tough to implement.

  Here is the variant that's used on the DTesters server which I think looks pretty nice.
