Show what device a game is being played on

Often my Freinds will bother me to play a game with them on PC since they see I'm playing a game at the time, but sometimes I'm just on my xbox and cant play with them at the time. I just want something to indicate if I'm using mp PC to play games

    Connect your Xbox account to your Discord. If they can see that you are online, they’ll see what game you’re playing. I play RDR2 on the Xbox, and other people can see that I’m playing it under my name in the online list.
