Message with a replying emoji

Recently, I found out that using `+:+1:` would add the +1 (or thumbs_up emoji) to the previous message. I think it would be really cool if we could put this in front of an actual message and it would automatically react with that emoji. Ex: "+:thumbs_up: I think that is a good idea!"
