Disable/toggle video in servers

Frequently my friends'll do video in our discord server, the problem is, I can't turn it off on my end so its either miss out on the call, or be unable to participate in conversation because everyone's audio is in slowmo, and I have no packets.

It'd be neat if there was an option to just disable their video on my end or have my call be audio only, so that way they can have their video and I can still participate in the call
