Everyone and Here Call

What this basically is would be a Everyone or Here Call. Where you could ping your members (Of course just one ping like a normal ping) with a notification to join a call or a voice message. This way we could host podcasts and other things without our server. It would be pretty cool no?

  Not sure how I feel about this I mean some bots are able to automatically give out roles to users in a VC and you could make that role mentionable. But if the idea makes it, then sure. However, I don't think the idea entirely necessary.

  do that in a server with 250k peoples😂 and yeah as thetechguy said it will be abused maybe a way to enable it? (default disabled for users)
