"Spoiler image" mod tool

In moderating servers I often find that what I really want to be able to do is tag as a 'spoiler', but there's no way as a moderator to do this. Making this a thing you can allow mods to do would be very useful.

  I think that it would be useful however deleting the image/ and waring the user that posted it works fine still
