Easier way to access and/or view friends.

So i don't create forum posts often, but i don't know if anyone else is in the same boat as me here regarding an ease of access to friend chats and the friend list. 

Correct me if I'm wrong but it kinda feels weird having to go through a bunch of servers to see what server my friends are on especially if my friend groups are using multiple servers. 

I think it'd be cool to tab out between server list and friend list to and possibly have the ability to favorite friends as well as be able to see what server they are voice chatting in?

Am i right or is this already a feature?

    I would love this feature as there are people who have a ton of friends but sometimes for me, I can't remember who is who after at least 3 weeks and I constantly have to ask who they are or remove the person as a friend to keep my list organized.
