Sync Mute/Deafen voice settings between clients

As the title says, for the people who don't have mics on their PCs, it'd be great to be able to mute from the desktop version, and have it mute our mics while we're in a call on the mobile app.

  Also, Ideally this would also sync volume, and mute status of someone in the same voice chat.

  This would be a great addition for streamers as well since some games, such as Phantasy Star Online 2, disable Discord hotkeys when in fullscreen and is active.
