redact notification so that each notifications that are popped up from the same server are merged into one

With the introduction of iOS 12 comes with grouped notifications, I think that this feature can be utilized by each time more than 2 messages from the same channel/server is received, it would already group it up into one rather than waiting for 5 messages. This helps grouping the notifications up, especially when the user joins multiple different server.
