Show the ping for the voice channel on mobile

  From my experience, the overall quality of voice on mobile is lacking, however it would be nice when using Mobile Data or WiFi to know what my ping to the servers is. The only time I did not have issue with vc on mobile is when I plugged an Ethernet cable into a converter to my phone.
