Deleted and edited messages, also blocking. .

Revamp the whole editing/deleting messages system. And it would work like this, if you are a mod and delete a message, it would "vanish". However it would not throw into oblivion or completely purged from the system. Instead it would be hidden, meaning if you to go "developer mode" you would be able to see those deleted messages and they would have a banner or "icon" meaning they were removed. This would also apply for editing, would show a list of edition history. This would greatly help when reported users, also we would not get a bounce from trust and safety team saying "if the message is gone, theres nothing we can do" as we would still be able to gather message or user ids and screenshots if necessary.

Also please make theblock feature more efficient. NOBODY wants to see "3 Blocked messages" I would rather not see messages, reactions, or bot messages regarding to someone I have blocked!! NOTHING
