Blocking Specific Custom-Emojis from server / Emoji-Blacklist

Hello,

an option for server admins to "ban" specific custom emojis from the server would be awesome.

I do not want to disable custom emojis at all - but there some bad emojis in use i dont want on the servers.

So an "custom-emoji-blacklist" would be awesome.

  I've been looking for this feature for so long now. I wish there was a way to get rid of wildly flashing emotes/nsfw ones/otherwise problematic ones without disabling all external emotes.

  People could slightly crop/edit their current emoji though and break the system. I wish, but it's too broken to work.
