you can use a V-LAN for example in Minecraft if you open for lan in a minecraft world and play with your friends it can work kind of like the invite to play on discord where you can invite to join V-LAN

    This would probably be hard to Implement, Hamachi would do the same thing.

    I think this would be an amazing idea, I always have the problem of having to set up a complex system just to play a LAN match with friends, and if discord had a built in compatibility for that, it would be excellent, and it would simplify everything about Virtual LAN

    I could see this as a feature for nitro, it would make it much more worthwhile since a lot of older games require lan to play with online friends as servers are no longer supported

    I could be so useful to embed a VLAN maker on Discord as a lot of games support LAN party, and because of this, a third-party software is always needed (I.E Hamachi or ZeroTier) for this purpose.
    As Discord support a lot of functionalities that help people to engage in gaming i think this feature will fit very well in the scheme.
    Also Hamachi isn't very great either, it only support parties of 5 people and the download/instalation installs other PUP software i think this is a great oportunity. For example right now we are planning a Diablo 2 session with a lot of friends and we need to make a Virtual LAN for this and all VLAN software require a lot of user interaction and takes time for everyone to install, but everyone has discord so this feature would be useful for us.
