Whenever I try to open it on Safari, it won't work.

  There is too little information to know what is happening,

  A: What is not working (logging in, voice/video chat, etc.)

  B: Have you tested on other browsers? (Try Google Chrome or Firefox)

  C: Do you have any plugins? (If so, what are they?)
