[Feature Request] Split up permissions "Read Message History" and "+1 Reaction"
In our Discord server, we use a channel to communicate with a bot. The bot works by adding reactions to it's own message, which you can then click to answer it's question. This works fine.
Due to the server getting more and more busy, we made a new channel and denied the permission "Read Message History". This prevents users from flooding the chat and being annoyed by others.
Now when we trigger the bot, the bot replies and we can read the bot reaction. The bot also adds the reactions below it's message. However, if we now want to click the reactions to "add 1" to the reaction as an answer to the bot, we get a notification "Access missing", even if the permission "Add Reactions" is granted.
The feature request: Please split up permissions to read the channel message history, and the ability to "add 1" to a reaction in a message that you can see.
