Obtaining Ownership from an inactive Owner(Co owner gets to be Owner)
Well, what if you were allowed to select an option in the server settings that allowed you to start a timer that would give you ownership of the server, if the owner and/or co-owners don't use discord anymore.
The reason I'm bringing this up is because of the many people who are in servers where the owner or co owners aren't active at all on discord, and would like to take charge of the server so that it can continue to grow and be modified.
I myself am in a server where I am the only co-owner(second highest rank other than owner), and the owner hasn't been on discord in almost 6 months. The owner has no plans to use discord again, which means that I, at this point in time, have no way if becoming the owner of the server so that I can continue to let it thrive.
I know many other people would like this feature, so that servers with inactive or missing owners/modmins can get new leadership and stuff.
Just a thought.

Maybe the owner got banned, or doesnt want to make a community, its his server he choses what he wants.

This could be abused easily — maybe set up a system where the Owner can toggle the time period of inactivity (one month, two months, five months, etc., set up in the same way it's toggled when you send a server invite), and then select a user to automatically transfer ownership to if they are inactive for longer than the pre-toggled time period. Of course, they can choose to disable this setting as well.
