make emojis non-case-sensitive

every time I want to simulate loud yelling with caps lock, followed by a :woke: emote, I die inside a little as i hit enter and realize I typed :WOKE: instead. surely, I am the laughing stock of my community due to my foolish blunder. please make emojis non-case-sensitive, so that people can type LIKE THIS ALL THEY WANT, or LiKe ThIs, GoD fOrBiD.

    Seems like :woke: is a server-specific emoji anyways, so you could always ask that someone with the ability to do so to add :WOKE: emoji be added in addition, or you could pay more attention while typing, or search for the emoji
