expand Open Graph support to include Title tags

when posting links to our MediaWiki community site in Discord the title shown on the embed is index.php?<page name>. With the inclusion of the Open Graph tittle tag we could properly display the page name instead of a partial URL.

  Have the same issue with RPCS3 Wiki. Discord doesn't seem to respect "og:title" data and shows the title only as index.php
