Toggle to only load images on wifi

For those of us with limited mobile data, it would be nice to be able to only auto-load images while connected to wifi.

  This would help so much! I have a relatively small data plan for my phone, so anything I can do to reduce my data usage I will do!

  Great idea, but IMO there's no need for that, I prefer image compressing over a toggle here.
