Add support for Bitmap Images

BMP Images upload as a file on discord it would be great if they uploaded as an image instead

  Absolutely.

  Bmp is an incredibly simple file-type and i see no reason that there couldn't be support for it.

  I play rct3 complete and a screenshot is a .bmp file so it is clumsy that everyone needs to download it

  Why has this format still not been supported after 5 years? It's such a simple format to support.
