Enable "Subscribe to Updates" on the Discord statuspage

For instance, this would allow for bot developers to see a possible issue with the API via email, allowing them to respond to issues with their bots faster.

    That would be so helpful to have! It would be cool if you could set it so you could get a Discord notification if the response time peaked above a certain point, took!
