Make the animated discord server pictures move while focused on that discord server
As I see it now the animated pictures are basically pointless seeing as they wont move unless you hover above the picture. Make it act like animated emotes do now, and move as long as you're focused on that server.
This can also be an optional setting for those who favors performance.

Bump!
Make this a toggle-able option for all users, but ON by default. As of now, the animated icons are pointless and nobody ever sees them. So much for a Nitro "incentive."
