nitro boost banner takes up too much space

The nitro boost banner at the top of the server list pushes down all of the channels. Where before they were reasonably standardized across most servers, now half of them are out of position. 

Please either make the banner a second layer so the channels sit on top or add an option to hide server banners, or both.
