Need to be able to disable clicking on pop-ups

It's very frustrating to be in the middle of a game and have a message pop up only for your mouse to be there without your knowledge and then you click on it, opening the overlay and locking your in game controls.

We need the ability to have the visibility of our chats but not the frustration of clicking on said chat if we want so we can keep up with conversations while playing.

Just a toggle would be nice so that it shuts off the function of clicking on the pop-up box but still shows the box.
