Play media in a pop-out/float or even playlist so that it doesn't stop when switching channels

When someone shares a track in a channel, one has to stay in that channel to listen to it. Can't read other channels while it plays.

I often accidentally kill the music when switch to a channel with new messages forgetting that my initial channel was the source of the sound.

Would be nice if there was a way to keep playing shared media while browsing through different channels.

YouTube videos can be easily opened in a browser, and that's what I do, but it would be nice if they also could be played within Discord while allowing channel switching.
