  I would also like something like this - I used to draw on images in google chats using their pencil tool, however this disappeared maybe 9 months ago.  It looks like google is not planning to bring this back (ref), but I used to use this feature nearly every day.  You could use it to draw on other people's images, which made it super interesting.  Or you could draw your own pictures, and then other people could modify them.  

   

  I am new to discord but you could really win me over with this feature.  I am missing it so badly, I have been looking for a new chat program since it was removed.  Discord is a step in the right direction though, I appreciate your variety of emojis.  I'm not asking for a super complex tool here either, that thing in google hangouts was even less featured than the old version of paint, but you could do a lot with it if you wanted.

  As long as you can load up images/pics posted in chat onto the whiteboard then I'm game for it.
