Allowing people to hide video feeds during video calls

It would be useful to be able to hide feeds during video calls while looking at everybody's, so that I can choose not to see my own if I don't want to, and so that I can hide people who don't have their camera on to make more room for those who do.

  this would be cool, similar to how it works on Skype

  YESSSS I need this right now because with the popup, you're intending to minimize the space the video call would take up on the screen. However, your selfie camera literally covers up everything, making redundant the popup feature.
