Please let me disregard the "old messages" notif

I like to write stories with my friends using discord because its honestly the best chat client to even think of attempting that on, but every time I go to read older stories and replies the "you are reading old messages" notif pops up and WONT GO AWAY.

I KNOW im in the old messages! That's the entire reason for me looking at them in the first place! The notification takes up like a good third of the screen, please let me swipe it away! All I wanna do is re read my stories in peace!!

  With the new overlay of "[X] new messages," the inline red "New Messages" and the gray "You're viewing older messages," there's too many ways of telling me the same thing.

  This! Please fix the “You’re viewing older messages” tab! It’s annoying!
