Vanity URL “ Nitro server boost “

hello.

i have a suggestion

when the server reach level 3 (server boost) the -vanity URL- be permanently

but if he lose the boosters and the server down to level 2 he can't change the vanity URL

and he can change it when he reach level 3 again
