Unbalanced Hypesquad Houses

Due to Balance winning all of the events so far, more and more people are leaving other houses to be in the winning house. Eventually this will cause the other houses to die out. This housing needs to be somehow refactored, perhaps with a cooldown on how frequently you can change your house. That way other houses are also given a chance to stay stronger and keep a more consistent userbase. The results are always the same of every event and that clearly relates to the amount of users in each house.
