Make Nitro Perks available on all platforms

It would be really cool if we could use some of the perks of Nitro on other platforms. I'm not talking about making every game that we got from discord Nitro to be free on other platforms, but small things like Warframe Ash bundle which is only available on PC to be also available on PS4, cause that's where I play that game. I know it's not easy to pull that off, I'm just throwing out suggestions.
