Select different notification sounds for different channels

A nice feature to have would be the ability to select a different notification sound for specific channels.

As a moderator, I would greatly appreciate if I could change the notif. sound of our report channel where all the reports done through our bot go.

    I think we should be able to change everything in discord to make it a truly unique experience. I think even just a small library of different sounds to chose from would make chatting a lot more fun!

    discord used to have the sound files in the program folders, they took that away and now I know not what discord is beeping at me!
