Change the behavior of /shrug so that if you type text, it goes to the front

I like using the shortcut /shrug a lot, and I find it very annoying that if you type the shortcut and then text after it, the shrug automatically goes to the end, let alone that if you type it in the middle of a message it doesn't show at all. I'd like it so that I could type /shrug in front of a message and have it be in front and be able to have /shrug function in the middle of a message.
