Server Icon Blur On Streamer Mode

When streamer mode is enabled it hides server invites, user tag but one thing it doesn't hide is server icons and names. There should be a Streamer Mode category in the appearence tab where it lets you select an option like "Blur Server Icons And Names" where if it is enabled, server icons and their names would be blurred out.

  Yes, but it must be implemented as per this suggestion, with its own toggle
