React Permission

A **React** permission which allows people to react to an existing reaction or not. This can be done with bots but it would be easier if a permission like that existed.

    So from my understanding of this suggestion, what I believe is..

     

    1. You want to make it so only certain people can react 

    For example, you want to make a poll "Nitro Boosters" who is the best admin? But you only want the nitro booster role to be able to react?

     

    2. What you by the bot is that you mean certain bots can already do this? 

     

    I don't really think this would be a good permission to add since it would confuse a lot of people.
