Sending messages without a notification
I find myself frequently spamming chats on some servers that are usually quick thoughts/nonsensical speak. Since I am aware of how consistent notifications can become aggravating, I'd like to be able to send these messages that aren't necessary for immediate review by being able to send without the notification.
Example: User A is idle and previously stated in a meeting. User B is active and wants to message User A ideas that just arose. User B should be able to select to disable notifying User A of messages. This would allow users (such as myself) be more comfortable with rants and raves by knowing that the selected messages will not interfere with other users.

I would love to have this, as I don't want to be annoying to someone if they are in a competitive game, and so they hear the notification and it might throw him of his game

Would love to have this as an option for bots aswell, so that a bot can spam log messages without sending any notifications.

I'm starving for this function, once everyone gone to sleep and I'm still typing message, if send without it, I really afraid of wake them up...0
