Group Calls and Direct Messaging

Group Call Ringing Options: 
Currently there is an option to ring individual members of a group as long as the call is actively existing. I would love to see an option where you can ring someone right from the start, so that you don't need to call the group and then press "stop ringing" or wait for the ring time to pass. This makes it easy to open the call with someone you can see is online and if other members want to join at a later date, they can just press "join call."

Group Call Images: 
It would be great to have a feature where you can set pictures to group calls. This would work great with the separate group tab I was talking about earlier. It adds flavor and allows for easy indication of certain group calls.

Direct Message Organization: ******
I really feel like there should be a separate tab for group calls next to "Direct Messages" when you press "Home" (right under where the "Friends" button is), so that when you are apart of many groups, they aren't in the way of personal direct messages. I have often found that people will end up leaving group calls because they want to keep their direct messages organized but what this does in turn is clog up the messages for everyone in the group (if you happened to be in multiple groups with someone and they left them). I feel as though having a separate tab to organize group calls would even make messaging groups much easier and keeping track of older groups you wish to reuse. It also seems obscure to categorize group calls as "direct messages" as the app currently does.
