[Suggestion] Ability to remove timespamps in channels

It would be very nice to have a switch in a channel to turn off timestamps and those lines splitting the messages that came later.

This feature would come in handy for servers that have a certain channel for rules or about section. This way  you can add or remove new rules(Or any other message) whitout having to worry about the line that will show up if you have waited too long.

    Regarding that rules mentioned at the description, you can just edit your rule message instead of sending messages over and over in case you want to add more rules into the message
