Custom Notification Bubbles

The windows notifications are a bit annoying seeing as if someone sends you a bunch of messages they all get cluttered up and are annoying to clear. I think having a custom notification bubble would be a lot more practical as you could have them stack on top of each other or compress them into one bubble. Here is an example of an app that does custom notification bubbles:

They end up being a lot more neatly organized than if you were to use windows notifications. Here's an idea for how discord's notification bubble could look:
