Two feature requests: 1) "Lobby Selection" features, and 2) simple chat games
I have two requests that I would like to see implemented within Discord, as I think they would fit Discord pretty well.
#1 - The first request is what I call a "Lobby Selection" feature: this might not be the best name for it, but Discord's messageboard-like nature doesn't really fit how some servers are meant to work(Reddit also has this issue). The best example I can think of this is LFG servers, or servers where people can find rounds in certain games to play with other people in the server; if someone sends a request that doesn't get responded to, and a bunch of other people send other requests for players, then the original person's request will be drowned out, and will fall to the wayside. If Discord had some form of alternate UI where people can start requests for things and have them persist until they are completed, that would help a lot of Discord servers better accomplish their purpose (i.e. LFG servers like I said before where requests end once players find other people to play with, or Q&A servers where requests end once people's questions have been answered)
#2 - The other request I have is a lot more casual, but probably much more difficult to implement; and that is for Discord to have little chat games, like what Facebook has for their messenger application. Discord's community has made several bots that allow people to play games in their servers, but in very clunky ways imo. Having a system where people can play little games that track their high scores and compare them to the scores of their friends or fellow server members, just like the Messenger app does, could make Discord a lot more enjoyable to use.
Once again, I have no clue how difficult these would be to implement, but I think they would do a lot for many servers if they were in Discord.
