experimental option

like google flags in chrome. when you turn this on all servers that you own will have the experimental feature. also add an option to disable it per server you own.

    Although it's a nice idea, I feel like it would take away the fun of being randomly selected to test something. Everyone would use it without thinking etc. In general, it would bring unneeded chaos because of people who turned it on without thinking. So yeah, no please.
