Remove turning " > " into embedded messages

It's annoying to see in chat, completely goes around the embedded links permission, and I don't think many people are willing to put \ in front of each one to get the greentext style back

  The markdown option for `>` is quite useless and annoying; at the very least there should be an option to disable it under `Text & Images`.

  I used it similarly to greentexting on 4chan, the way it is now is just odd. Please fix it.

  Type " \> " and it will send it as a " > ".

  Would using a | symbol at the beginning of the line interfere with spoiler tags?  Personally, I think that if there's going to be a quoteblock formatting symbol, | makes the most sense, since it visually represents what the quoteblock is going to look like--a vertical line to the left of the text within the block.
