Rename This Server to Something Less Confusing

Since a LOT of people misunderstand and send their complaints, compliments and whatever here - or just report bugs and outages, I believe we should name this server something more straight-forward, like: Discord Suggestions, New Features, Discord Improvement, etc.

  People can send their complaints if they want, as long as they offer a way for Discord to change and improve on it. It is still "Feedback", as people are leaving their "Feedback". I think the name is pretty great.

  Instead of renaming the server there should be some pop-up which introduces new people to the feedback server/ site. And it should tell the people where they can get support for their questions or issues.
