sometimes the name of a user changes, next to the profile, why not saying (also known as [older name]) that will be easier if you search for a DM

  I think a system similar to what Steam uses would be better than old names next to current names, On the profile page there would be a little dropdown you can click to see previous usernames.

  i have to always have to click on people and add in notes who they are, this would be a life saver.

  actually, this alreydy exist.

  in the profile of a user, you can assign notes to them.
