Add default suppress all notifications setting. No more red numbers!

PLEASE add the ability to supress ALL notifications, by default within my profile notification settings, which will override any server settings, and/or which will auto-change all server settings, so that I would have to manually set servers to allow notifications for @mentions, etc. I want a clean interface and those red numbers are cluttering up my space. They literally are not useful to me, at all, ever. Being able to suppress @everyone and @here is not enough, because some servers have set roles other than those that also trigger the red notification number, that there is absolutely no way to block.
