Allowing roles to give chat color

Based on this image, another option could be added to the role settings. The option would allow members with the role to have a chat color.


And by chat color, I mean this.

  Honestly I'd like both this and a Markup to add colors to text/spoilers/dialoguebox.

  Also, as I what I assumed your idea was: allowing a role to change role colors. Like not full on manage but just that part
