Minimizing Gif/Pictures

Reason: So one thing a friend and I do a lot is chat on discord while at work, but most often we exchange some risque gifs just to express comedic relief which is a necessity sometimes to break from the grueling day to day grind. However its not work appropriate, which makes it all the better.

Solution: The gif/image when not highlighted by a mouse pointer is minimized and not playing.

Afterthoughts: I believe this may also help with the absolute traumatizing affect this has on people when its constantly playing, especially some cheek clapping gifs. It can take a toll after a while.

Or even allow the ability to collapse gifs how Slack does it. You click on an arrow to collapse/expand the gif, or type the command /collapse to collapse all gifs.

It is absolutely needed to be able to collapse gifs, images, and videos. Having gifs in chat is very distracting.
