Change color of scroll bar

Change the color of the scroll bar for scrolling through the members list so that it is more easily visible.

  Even in the light theme it's hard too see. Let us customize the size and color of it.

  Agreed 100%. Scroll bars are so razor thin as to be virtually invisible to the naked eye (what's the harm in making them just a couple points wider?)

  Also, (at least on my laptop) the design uses black scroll bars on a black background with a black scroll button within the bar.... Is it assumed all users are in their teens?
